Sales Tax
Depending upon the items purchased, NY Sales Tax may apply. Honey products are generally exempt as food. Retail candles, cosmetics, etc., are taxable.
Methods of Payment
10% discount for payment in gold or silver bullion, check APMEX for current valuations. MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cashiers Checks, and Money Orders accepted. Personal and Company Checks drawn on a US Bank in US funds are welcome, however we reserve the right to hold the order until your check clears.
Special Handling Charge
Tremblay Apiaries, LLC attempts to keep our costs as low as possible so we can give you the best pricing possible. For small orders, we reserve the right to add a Special Handling Charge of $3.00 for retail product orders under $25.00 and $5.00 for dealer product orders under $50.00 to cover the additional costs of handling these orders. If these charges are added, they are in addition to the handling charges mentioned below.
Postage, Handling and Insurance
Postage and Handling are added to all orders.
Methods of Shipment
We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The most economical delivery charges are automatically calculated for Web and Phone customers based on the weight of the order, number of packages and zip code. (We reserve the right to choose the best shipping value for you, unless you specifically state your shipping choice in the comment section of the order form.) When ordering by mail, please call or check our website first for product availability and Delivery Charges.
Prices, Policies and Terms
Prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. Quantities of varietal honeys, pollen and other products vary from season to season and in some years may not be available at all; Mother Nature at work. If you like a particular variety, stock up while it is available. We reserve the right to correct typographic, photographic and/or descriptive errors.
Special Order Service
We offer a limited Special Order Service for selected products from selected vendors. Please call or check our website for availability.
Customer Pick-Up Service
In the area? Want to save Delivery Charges? We will allow you to pick-up your order at our honey house or at the GreenMarket. Please ask for details when placing your order. Payment at pick-up please.
International Shipments
International shipments are not currently supported through the Internet store. Please contact our sales team directly for international shipping options.
